Matter of Chance co-founder Brock H. Brown was a graduate of the Scottsdale Community College Motion Picture/Television program. He attended the program from 2003-2006, earning an Associate's Degree in Applied Science with certificates in both Film Production and Screenwriting. Four of his short films were produced during this time, and he participated in countless other student film and video projects.
Brock's student films are the product of the hard work and dedication of SCC faculty, staff, and students. Brock was also able to involve MOC staff in all of these films to a greater or lesser extent, and was proud to promote them under the MOC banner.
